To act as a seamless channel between the industry and the institute and provide quality technical manpower to suit every organization needs. We have a team of people working for the accomplishment of the activities of training and placement in leadership of our Director, Training In charge and Principal. All efforts are being taken by the department to develop good industry-institute relations. The department organizes industry visits to enhance practical knowledge. To provide efficient manpower to the industries, the students are motivated and facilities are provided to them to develop soft and technical skills as per industry requirements.

The placement cell works as a bridge between the students and potential employers to provide career guidance, training, and placement services to the students. The placement cell in a college typically functions by first identifying the industries that match the academic background of the students.

Personality Development:

Personality development programme is aimed at increasing employability of the students. Whether the college has provisions for inclusion of functionalgrammar in Standard English, speaking skills, reasoning, group discussions interview skills,personal interviews, quantitative ability, verbal ability, mock tests and some special sessions topromote the personality development in the students?

Competitive Examination:

 The students of this college are excelling in various entrance and competitive exams viz., MCAER,IBPS,MPSC etc. The lectures are regularly organized for preparation of competitive examinations for the students.

MCAER Examination:

To encourage more and more students for their active participation in the MCAER examination, initiatives have been taken by Principal and all other staff members and students were guided for examination.
